This plain-English discussion is designed for entrepreneurs and business people and features star lawyers Jeff Stoler of McCarter & English, LLP and Sarah Reed of Lowenstein Sandler PC (and former in-house counsel for Charles River Ventures). James Geshwiler of CommonAngels moderates.
