The ability to effectively retain and grow existing customers is a core requirement of a SaaS business, which has a significant impact on the sales, service, and support. These organizations must work closely together to develop long term relationships with customers, while ensuring that these customers gain tangible business value from the use of their services.

During this interactive call, participants will discuss the challenges associated with retaining and growing SaaS customers, and share lessons learned and best practices. Key topics will include:
- Acquiring customers and keeping them for the long term: the impact on sales, service, support
- Communicating with customers on a proactive ongoing basis
- Working closely with customers after the initial sale to maximize business value enabled
